MUST SERVICE PROJECT

Directions: Bring any of the following kits fully assembled to turn in between April 14th-18th. Turn them into your grade level sponsor before or after school. For each of the kits turned in, you will receive that number of points. To earn a service project credit, you must turn it the specified number of kits.

Shelter Guest Kit: Zip lock bag, toothbrush, small toothpaste, deodorant, razors. No alcoholic mouthwash.
1 Point per Kit; 4 Kits for a Service Project

Birthday Party Kit: Everything needed to have a party for 4-8 children and parents: cake mix, balloons, birthday candles, paper plates/napkins, party favors.
2 Points per Kit; 2 Kits for a Service Project

Newborn Baby Kit: Bring a decorated box (a copy paper box is perfect) with baby wrapping as well as items needed for a newborn: bottle bag, bottles, rattle, newborn outfit, baby wipes, baby oil, baby shampoo, baby powder, disposable diapers, and receiving blanket.
2 Points per Kit; 2 Kits for a Service Project

Children’s First Aid Kit: Zip lock bag, suntan lotion, Band-Aids, bug repellent, first-aid ointment, anti-fungal spray, Tylenol, and chapstick.
1 Point per Kit; 4 Kits for a Service Project
